How to Draw Manga Faces: An Online Drawing Workshop with Christine Thornton

Improve your drawing skills in this fun class. We’ll cover the basics of drawing in the Japanese Manga style, including expressive faces and fun hair for both boys and girls. Art teacher Christine Thornton will walk you through the process step by step using simple drawing supplies you have at home like pencil, eraser, colored pencils and thin sharpies for outlining. Whatever you have at home, we’ll make it work! This online class includes an instructional video, and a chance to connect with the teacher and classmates on Facebook.
A link to the video will be posted on our Facebook page and website Thursday, July 30th at 6pm. The program will be available Thursday, July 30th – Saturday, August 1st.
