Junior High Book Club Registration

Each month we will have a book club kit you can pick up at the library. The kit will include a book to keep, an activity and an extra treat! Please wait for confirmation that you have been registered, and instructions before coming to the library for a kit.

To sign up have a parent or guardian email ysreg@worthlibrary.com (with Junior High Book Club in the subject line) or call 708-448-2855 x3

Please tell us your name, grade and school.

Book club members are encouraged to complete the activity, write a review and/or draw a picture related to the book. You can drop them off when you pick up the following month’s kit or email them to ysreg@worthlibrary.com. Some will be chosen to be displayed in the library, or posted on our Facebook page!

You will receive more information about picking up your book club kit after you are registered. Supplies are limited. Book club members will be registered in the order received. We will post on Facebook when supplies are no longer available. You must be a Worth resident to participate.
