Teddy Bear Workshop!
Wednesday, September 29th and Thursday, September 30th
Registration starts Monday, September 27th.
Please read the entire post to ensure you register correctly.
Email ysreg@worthlibrary.com or call 708-448-2855 x3 to reserve your kit. You are not registered until you receive a response from us confirming your request for a kit. Please be patient as we will have many requests to respond to.
If you reserve a kit, it must be picked up on Wednesday or Thursday between 6:00 and 7:30pm. Please specify the day and time you would like to pick up your kit. Please list the name and age of each child you would like a kit for. If you are calling, please leave a message with your name and contact number, as well as the information requested above. Please only request kits for your children. If the above information is not complete in your request, you may not receive a kit. We will respond to as many requests as possible. If you have not received a confirmation call or email by Wednesday at 12pm, our supplies have run out.
Kits can be taken home or your furry friend can be made at tables in the Youth Services Department. After making your Elephant, you can also use one of our new activity kits (for in-library use) and make more fun creations.
Teddy Bear Workshop Kits are available while supplies last. Worth residents will be given priority.
Tables and activity kits (for in-library use) are first come first serve and cannot be reserved.
Each furry friend kit includes fiberfill stuffing, a rainbow wish star, a birth certificate, and a buddy bag.
A copy of the book Can I Play Too? by Mo Willems is also included!
