Basic Services
- Holds – The library will place holds on materials that the library owns for all Reaching Across Illinois Library System (RAILS) cardholders.
- Interlibrary Loan – The library will Interlibrary Loan materials owned by other libraries for Worth Public Library cardholders only.
- Reciprocal Borrowing – Worth Public Library cardholders are able to use their library card at libraries that are members of the Reaching Across Illinois Library System (RAILS). Members of any Reaching Across Illinois Library System (RAILS) library are able to use their library card at Worth Public Library.
- Virtual Programs – During this time we are unable to have programs in the library. But we are happy to be able to offer you virtual programs.

Not only is there a traditional version but a cinnamon raisin currant version.

Poor nutrition impacts our physical and mental health and can exacerbate chronic conditions. Joe Smith from Mom’s Meals joins Pathlights to host this interactive conversation on the role of proper nutrition in aging adults. Caregivers and older adults alike are encouraged to attend. This month’s kit will give you all the supplies to make your own rustic book page rose wreath from recycled books. Limited quantities given out first come first served at our Circulation Desk. Hot glue gun must be checked out with a library card.

The Worth Reading Bookclub is usually held on the third Tuesday of the month usually at 1:30 pm in the Library Meeting Room.

Explore More Illinois is a cultural pass program that allows Illinois public library cardholders access to discounts at museums, park districts, historical societies, zoos, art centers, recreational facilities, and other attractions.
