Basic Services

  • Holds  – The library will place holds on materials that the library owns for all  Reaching Across Illinois Library System (RAILS) cardholders.
  • Interlibrary Loan – The library will Interlibrary Loan materials owned by other libraries for Worth Public Library cardholders only.
  • Reciprocal Borrowing – Worth Public Library cardholders are able to use their library card at libraries that are members of the Reaching Across Illinois Library System (RAILS). Members of any Reaching Across Illinois Library System (RAILS) library are able to use their library card at Worth Public Library.

  • Frozen Party

    Join us for a story, crafts and treats! 5th grade and under. Registration starts January 15th at the Circulation Desk.

    January 22 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Bluestem Book Club

    Each meeting will focus on a 2020 Bluestem award book. We will discuss the book and do a fun activity. Grades 4 and 5. Registration required. Contact Youth Services.

    January 27 @ 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
  • Tween Craft

    We will be making creations out of wire. Bracelets, wire wrapped rings, spiders, and more. A snack will be provided. Registration starts January 21st at the Circulation Desk, or contact Youth Services at 708-448-2855 (option 3 on the phone menu). 4th grade through 8th grade.

  • Bingo 5th Grade and Under

    Play Bingo with friends and win prizes. 5th grade and under. No registration required.

    January 31 @ 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
