Basic Services

  • Holds  – The library will place holds on materials that the library owns for all  Reaching Across Illinois Library System (RAILS) cardholders.
  • Interlibrary Loan – The library will Interlibrary Loan materials owned by other libraries for Worth Public Library cardholders only.
  • Reciprocal Borrowing – Worth Public Library cardholders are able to use their library card at libraries that are members of the Reaching Across Illinois Library System (RAILS). Members of any Reaching Across Illinois Library System (RAILS) library are able to use their library card at Worth Public Library.

  • Storytime Takes You Everywhere-Jump in the Pool

    Jump in the pool at our Tuesday morning storytime. The program will be geared toward children ages 3-5, but older and younger siblings are welcome.

  • Animal Detectives

    Can you identify an animal by its footprint? Attend our program to learn about animal tracking and create a fun art project. Grades 1 and up. Registration required at the Circulation Desk. Registration starts one week before the program.

  • Smarty Pants Balloon Show

    Tickets available starting July 13th while supplies last. You must have a Worth library card, and register in person. No phone registrations will be accepted.

    July 26 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
  • Bingo

    Play Bingo and win prizes. Grades 1 and up.

    July 27 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
